Ingredients:
15oz black beans, cooked
1 C corn kernels
C fresh cilantro, chopped
3 T fresh lime juice
2 T balsamic vinegar
t ground cumin
t salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate up to 3 days.Yields: 4 cups
